We are following the authorities' latest restrictions in connection with the COVID-19 outbreak, which limits travel and activities, and need to suspend all our activity as of tonight. 13.03.2020
This is for the safety of all our guests, staff and communities, and to comply with government restrictions. Our booking and administration is operational as normal and we will close our Front Desk at Radisson Blu Until 01.05.20
We offer our guests the opportunity to book at a later date in 2020/2021 and in that case we will waive the cancellation fee. These re-bookings will be final and will not be refunded according to our usual cancellation policy if you/they decide to cancel the trip with us at a later date.
All tours starting from March, 21 will be refunded. Tours starting from today 13.03.20 and throughout March are subject to force majeure (occurrences outside the reasonable control of Tromsø Safari), and will not be refunded. Please contact your travel insurance company and/or the credit card company which you have paid with and find out what documentation you require from Tromsø Safari in order for you to claim your tour costs.
We thank you for your understanding at this time and sincerely hope we are able to host you another time. We have made the summer activities available for booking online starting from 1.June but we will be keeping a close watch on the development of the Covid-19 situation and act accordingly.
